The tinkerer has low health so the majority of the abilities are ranged and the tinkerer has a decoy available to distract monsters. Also any tier list would also greatly depend on expertise and archetype of the player playing the class. In gloomhaven there will be a large number of classes a player can choose for their heroes. The scoundrel is the rogue of gloomhaven a class built primarily around hitting a single enemy very hard. Were ranking all of the original gloomhaven classes from weakest to strongest.
